This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Crewzon, operated by NOT ANOTHER APP BUILDER PTY. LTD. (ACN 699 954 071, ABN 92 699 954 071) trading as Crewzon.
1. General RuleTap to collapse
You must use Crewzon lawfully, responsibly and in a way that does not harm Crewzon, other customers, workers, consumers or third parties.
2. Prohibited UseTap to collapse
You must not use Crewzon to:
- break any law or encourage unlawful conduct;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or publicity rights;
- upload malicious code, malware, ransomware or harmful files;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
- interfere with service security, availability or performance;
- probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
- scrape, harvest or bulk extract data except through approved export features;
- send spam, unsolicited marketing or misleading messages;
- use SMS, email, push notifications or invitation tools without required consent;
- impersonate another person or business;
- misrepresent job, invoice, payment or compliance records;
- misrepresent legal, tax, safety, payroll, compliance or certification records;
- store or transmit content that is abusive, threatening, exploitative, discriminatory or defamatory;
- upload sensitive information unless you have authority and a lawful basis to do so;
- monitor workers covertly or in breach of workplace surveillance laws;
- use automation or AI-supported outputs without human review for legal, tax, employment, payroll, safety, compliance or trade-certification decisions;
- use Crewzon as the sole control or decision system for an activity where a
software failure could reasonably cause death, personal injury, material environmental damage or major property damage; or
- resell, lease, white-label or provide Crewzon to third parties without written approval.
3. CommunicationsTap to collapse
If you use Crewzon to send email, SMS, push notifications or other communications, you are responsible for ensuring those communications comply with applicable laws, including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), privacy laws and consumer laws.
Commercial electronic messages must have appropriate consent, clearly identify the sender, include accurate sender contact details and provide an easy way to unsubscribe where required.
You must keep transactional messages separate from marketing where required and must honour unsubscribe requests within 5 working days.
4. Customer, Worker and Site InformationTap to collapse
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect, upload, use and disclose information about customers, workers, contractors, tenants, site contacts and other people.
You must provide any required notices and obtain any required consents before collecting location records, photos, signatures, safety records or other personal information through Crewzon.
5. EnforcementTap to collapse
Crewzon may investigate suspected breaches of this policy using proportionate steps and information reasonably relevant to the suspected conduct.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access or report conduct to authorities only in accordance with section 24 of the Terms of Service. Action must have a valid ground, be proportionate where practicable and remain subject to the notice, cure, urgent-action and restoration protections in that section.
Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to respond before taking action. A Business Account may ask support@crewzon.com to review an enforcement decision and provide relevant context or corrective steps.
