Overview
Crewzon is operated by NOT ANOTHER APP BUILDER PTY. LTD. (ACN 699 954 071, ABN 92 699 954 071), 1A Lara Way, Campbellfield VIC 3061, Australia. Support: support@crewzon.com. Privacy: privacy@crewzon.com.
1. Your relationship with the business
These terms apply when expressly presented and accepted by an individual using Crewzon for a Business Account. Owners, managers, employees, contractors, technicians and advisers have the same legal user terms; their permissions vary. The business is the subscription customer under the Terms of Service. Joining its workspace does not authorise you to bind it or make you liable for its fees or indemnities. Crewzon is not your employer or labour-hire provider.
A worker under 18 may participate in a lawful work or apprenticeship arrangement with appropriate supervision, understandable notices and any necessary consent or representative authority. The business contract must be accepted by an authorised adult. This does not decide the young person's employment rights.
2. Access and devices
You may use the service for the business's authorised operations while access is permitted. Protect your own credentials and device; do not share accounts, bypass controls, misuse records or access another person's workspace. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are preserved. Report lost devices or suspected compromise promptly. The business may remove access; Crewzon's restrictions remain subject to the proportionate grounds and review process in the Terms.
Offline records and attachments may remain on your device pending sync. Check sync status before signing out, switching accounts, deleting the app or clearing storage. Device loss or permanent disconnection can prevent recovery of unsent work. A local lock does not replace server access controls or device security.
3. Records and privacy
Your work records are accessible according to the business's authorised roles. Use only the information necessary for the task and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Sensitive information must meet the separate collection rules in the Privacy Policy; accepting these user terms is not sensitive-data consent.
The Collection Notice explains work, location, communications, accounting/payment and diagnostic information. A business must explain its monitoring and undertake required consultation before use. Device permission alone does not provide workplace notice or authorise off-duty tracking.
4. Time, location and communications
Foreground location actions may support a time entry, geofence, route or ETA. There is no authorisation for continuous background tracking. Incorrect location, missing connectivity or rejected submissions should be raised with the business for a manual record and correction; technical problems can be raised with Crewzon. Automated results must not be the sole basis of an adverse employment or pay decision. A notification/read receipt does not create an obligation to respond outside working hours or waive a right to disconnect.
Use messages for authorised service purposes, identify the business accurately and check recipients. Do not use Crewzon for emergencies or interact with its navigation/communications features while driving unlawfully.
5. Permissions, approvals and integrations
Only act within your authority when accepting work, signing a record, sending a quote, connecting accounts or initiating payments/refunds. A recorded signature is evidence of the specified action, not permission for unrelated charges. Check maps, records, templates and generated documents before relying on them. Crewzon does not certify work or replace legal, tax, payroll or trade judgment.
6. Support, rights and account removal
Crewzon provides service support at support@crewzon.com. Availability is described in the Service Availability Statement. Non-excludable rights remain intact. The Terms' liability protections cannot remove an individual's statutory rights or create business debts for a worker.
Request personal-account deletion through the available in-app request path or privacy@crewzon.com. The deletion notice explains retained business records, timing, review and confirmation. Removing an app or login does not itself cancel a business subscription.
7. Apple and other app stores
The iOS application's licence is governed by Apple's standard EULA. These terms govern use of Crewzon's service and do not replace that licence. Crewzon remains responsible for its service and applicable support and consumer obligations. Apple's and other stores' applicable distribution, licence and payment rules continue to apply; these terms do not expand permissions under them.
8. Changes and complaints
Material changes require appropriate notice and, where required, express new acceptance. An earlier acceptance remains tied to the edition shown then. Raise a service complaint with support@crewzon.com or a privacy issue with privacy@crewzon.com; external legal and regulator rights are not restricted. Victorian law and non-exclusive Victorian court jurisdiction apply, subject to any mandatory protection applying to you.
