OverviewTap to collapse
Crewzon is operated by NOT ANOTHER APP BUILDER PTY. LTD. (ACN 699 954 071, ABN 92 699 954 071) trading as Crewzon.
Crewzon aims to make its website, web application and mobile applications usable by people with a wide range of access needs and assistive technologies.
TargetTap to collapse
Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for customer-facing web content and equivalent platform accessibility practices for the iOS and Android applications.
This is a target, not a certification or a claim that every Crewzon page, workflow, document or third-party service currently conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. Crewzon has not represented that an independent accessibility auditor has certified the service.
WCAG is a technical benchmark rather than the whole of Crewzon's legal obligations. Crewzon will also consider reasonable adjustments and practical alternative access where required by applicable disability-discrimination law.
Current WorkTap to collapse
Current accessibility work focuses on:
- clear page structure, headings and instructions;
- semantic controls and labels for forms and interactive elements;
- keyboard operation and visible focus on web surfaces;
- readable text and colour contrast;
- avoiding colour as the only way to communicate important status;
- useful error messages and validation feedback;
- practical touch-target sizing in mobile workflows;
- support for screen readers and platform text-size settings where the interface permits; and
- review of important account, job, timesheet, billing and support journeys as the product changes.
Areas Under Continuing ReviewTap to collapse
Operational software can contain dense tables, schedules, charts, maps, file uploads, signatures, generated invoices and mobile camera or location workflows. These areas, and documents supplied by Business Accounts, may present accessibility limitations depending on the content, device, browser, assistive technology and third-party service used.
Third-party payment, mapping, app-store, device-permission or other provider interfaces are governed by the provider's own accessibility implementation. We welcome reports that help identify where a Crewzon integration or alternative path needs improvement.
Getting Help Or Providing FeedbackTap to collapse
If an accessibility issue prevents or makes it difficult to use Crewzon, contact support@crewzon.com. Please include, where comfortable and relevant:
- the page, screen or workflow;
- the device, operating system, browser and app version;
- the assistive technology or input method used;
- what happened and what outcome was expected; and
- an accessible way for us to respond.
Crewzon will review accessibility feedback and prioritise work based on the severity of the barrier, the importance of the affected workflow, the number of people affected and technical feasibility. We may ask for more information and, where practicable, work with the user or their Business Account on an alternative way to complete the immediate task.
Privacy-related requests can be sent to privacy@crewzon.com.
