Crewzon Cookie Policy

Crewzon is operated by NOT ANOTHER APP BUILDER PTY. LTD. (ACN 699 954 071, ABN 92 699 954 071) trading as Crewzon.

This policy explains Crewzon's current use of cookies, browser or device storage and similar technologies on the Crewzon website and web application.

Crewzon uses essential cookies and similar storage to:

• create and maintain an authenticated session;
• apply account-security and two-factor authentication controls;
• protect signed-in routes and prevent unauthorised access; and
• retain settings or state needed for a requested feature.

These technologies are necessary for the secured service to operate. Blocking or deleting them may sign a user out, prevent authentication or stop parts of Crewzon from working.

The mobile applications may use secure device storage for an authentication token and local application state. This is device storage rather than a browser marketing cookie.

Crewzon currently uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights on web pages to measure aggregate page use, responsiveness and performance. These services are designed to provide privacy-preserving measurements without creating cross-site advertising profiles, and Crewzon does not use them to sell Customer Data or serve third-party advertisements.

Analytics and performance events may include the page or route, time, browser or device characteristics, coarse location derived by the provider, performance measurements and request context. Vercel may process network information such as an IP address to deliver the request and produce aggregated measurements. Crewzon does not currently activate third-party marketing, retargeting or cross-site advertising cookies or pixels on its website or web application.

If Crewzon later enables non-essential marketing or advertising technology, this policy will be updated and any consent or preference control required in the relevant jurisdiction will be provided before that technology is activated for the affected user.

When a user follows a link to, or interacts with, a provider-hosted payment, app-store or other external interface, that provider may use its own cookies or similar technology under its own privacy and cookie terms. Crewzon does not control storage set solely on a third-party service.

Browser controls can show, block or delete cookies and site data. Device settings can clear mobile application storage. Removing essential Crewzon storage may require the user to sign in again and may disable secured functionality.

Crewzon may update this policy when its website, applications or active providers change. A published replacement will state its effective date and version.

In addition to credentials, enabled mobile workflows can store work records, attachments and pending changes locally for offline operation and later sync. Their handling depends on the supported build and device security. Check the sync state before clearing storage, removing the app or switching workspaces; unsent work may be lost. Server-side deletion or revocation does not guarantee instant removal from a device that remains offline. This storage is for the requested work, not cross-business advertising or training.
